Fall Catch-Up

After several requests for an update, here it is!

Bethany came to visit us in August.

Connor turned 3!

Connor's favorite app is the Beard Booth on Ryan's phone.

We came across the Bumblebee costume Mo wore for her first Halloween.  Morgan and Connor insisted on wearing it everywhere for a week.

 We went to visit Halie and Kendall Stout in Houston and went to this great State Park that was referred to as "The Alligator Park."

For Halloween, Morgan and Connor wanted to be Wild Kratts and Miles was a Game Boy.

We took some family pictures at the Japanese Gardens.  They turned out so great!

Morgan requested a Hot Lava birthday party for her 5th birthday.  We had it all ready to go, but she woke up on her bday with the flu, so we had to cancel her party.  I made this pretty cool volcano cake.  

We got to visit with Damon and his boys.

Our time in San Antonio came to an end.  We had a great experience, but look forward to the next chapter in our lives. 

And here is the latest picture of my sweet little guy.  He doesn't sleep well AT ALL, but is the best baby during the day!

Till We Meet Again

Yesterday morning, my Grandma Renee Godfrey passed away.  It was a beautiful Sunday morning.  My mom and Grandpa had gotten to the care home several minutes before.  Grandma is in a better place, free of pain and illness.  I know I will see her again.  I love my grandma and am grateful for the Gospel of Jesus Christ that teaches that I need not fear death.  Because my Savior died and was resurrected, we will all be resurrected and reunited as an eternal family.  And I am grateful for that knowledge.

Baby #3 and Trip to Spokane

Baby #3 was due July 4th.  Here is me with Morgan and Connor two weeks before my due date...I thought I would have him early.

My mom came...and went.  No baby.  Thanks for coming anyway, Mom.  We had tons of fun!

Finally, 5 days past my due date and two days before I was to be induced, I went into labor.  Here I am at a "10"!

 Miles Henry Robinson joined our family on July 10th, 2013 at 12:43am.  He weighed 7 lbs 11 oz and was 18.5" long.

 Connor didn't want to hold him, but got close enough to kiss him.

Then, 13 days after Miles' arrival we jumped on a plane and headed home for two family reunions back to back with the Ames and Robinson clans.

Morgan got to pass out peanuts and pretzels on our flight.

We had an awesome time at home and got to see lots of friends and family.

What a trip!  We loved every minute of it!
