This year for Thanksgiving, we headed down to St. George for a family reunion with Ryan's Mom's sided of the family. What brought us together was a celebration for Grandma and Grandpa Ames who snowbird in St. George. Grandpa Ames will be turning 80 in February and Grandma and Grandpa celebrated their 57th wedding anniversary a week before Thanksgiving. The reunion was a surprise for Grandma and Grandpa. They were informed the Sunday before Thanksgiving. We had a great time getting together with all the family. There were over 60 people who were able to gather together. I think Grandpa counted that there were only 12 people that weren't there.
So, Ryan's family flew into Salt Lake on Monday and drove down to Provo. It was the first time that they were able to see Morgan. Here is a pic of Papa Tom and Grammy Deni.
