Last night, Blayre A. Ditto, my "BEST", returned home from serving a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in the Nevada Las Vegas mission. Blayre and I have been friends since the 9th grade, when she moved to Spokane. It all started in Brother Mecham's seminary class. But, thanks to a probing question from Leah Archibald, we became the Best of Friends. Together, we've gone to school, Canada, dances, Girl's Camp, EFY, The Happiest Place on Earth, the ocean, Colfax, and have seen many other fabulous places and things.
Here's a crazy piece of information: Blayre and Ryan have the same great, great grandparents (if I did the math right). That means that Blayre and Morgan have the same blood running through their veins! Blayre's kids and our kids are going to be 4 cousins, thrice removed...er, something.
Quite a few things have happened while Blayre has been away for the past 18 months. Some are trivial and some are monumental. Here are a few of them:
~Ryan and I got married
~We moved to Rexburg
~We got pregnant
~I graduated college
~I got my braces off
~We moved to Provo
~I had a baby
Let's just say, it's a good thing that Blayre came home before anything else happened! I am so excited that she's back. Welcome home, B!

This is AWESOME Jess!! I love it!! I'm pretty excited she's back too!! She's a pretty amazing friend!! But than again you are pretty amazing too!! I think we all are just amazing! Love ya and miss ya!
oh this post touched my heart...(: I cant wait to see her ASAP. oh uh, p.s. by my standards all of those things you listed were monumental. Cant wait to see you guys again too!

Why doesn't Ryan get any credit for the birth? ("WE got pregnant," but "I had a baby") I'm sure Ryan worked AT LEAST as hard as you did to control his breathing during the whole process. And if they would have let him wear one of those awesome hospital gowns, I'm sure he would have done that, too.
Wow! She is back? Time goes by quickly. PS I was happy to see that you have a blog, I have been thinking about you lately...
