I love this picture. We had dinner at our friends the Lott's house and the kids were having ice cream cones. I don't know what prompted Morgan and Christian to look show each other their tongues, but there it is.

We left from Provo and headed to Mesa, AZ, where we stayed with Ryan's mission buddy for a few days. We got to go to the Mesa Arizona Temple visitor's center.

Once we got to San Antonio, we "moved" right into the house we're renting. It took a few days for our things to arrive, but the kids had tons of fun exploring. Even now, with dishes and pans in these cupboards, the kids still play in there. I will often find Morgan's stroller and stuffed animals in there.
Our friends from our days in Wymount, Halie and Kendall, came to visit from Houston. We went downtown to see the Alamo and to take a boat tour of the Riverwalk. Here is Mo with a stuffed bull in front of some restaurant.

Ry and I celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary on Aug 25th. We hired a babysitter (for the first time, man I miss Wymount sometimes....I said, sometimes), went to dinner at a NICE steakhouse, and to a movie. Since my b-day was a few days before, we told our waiter we were celebrating both occasions. This giant bowl of cotton candy was their gift to me. Awesome, right?
We are really enjoying our time here in San Antonio. I can't wait until it's not so hot, though. Let us know if you'd like to pay us a visit! We'd be more than happy to accommodate you!

Holy Cow. That goose egg on Morgans head is HUGE!!!!! I'm glad you're having a great time. We miss you for sure. I love that you said you miss Wymount SOMETIMES. haha.

I am so happy for you guys! It is so exciting to be in a house I bet! But I am really sad that I did not get to see you one last time before you left. I will have to post the pictures I took of my girls in their matching tutu's...so cute! Thanks again.

Oh, and happy anniversary!! Can't believe it's been 5 years! I still remember snatching that bag of Skittles at your reception like it was yesterday!! You guys are awesome! :)
